- Why settle for less when you can have the best in lighting equipment The Profoto Softlight Kit, also known as the Profoto beauty dish, is a high-quality, durable, and versatile lighting solution designed for professional photographers and videographers. This kit is renowned for its ability to produce a unique, creamy yet crisp light that perfectly accentuates the beauty of your subject, making it an ideal choice for portrait and fashion photography. The Softlight Reflector White, the heart of this kit, is designed to deliver a pristine, natural look with slightly accentuated shadows. The white version of the reflector provides a softer and more even light compared to its silver counterpart, adding more depth and contrast to your images. This reflector is compatible with all Profoto lights, offering you a wide range of lighting possibilities. The kit also includes a 25 Degree Grid, a crucial accessory for controlling light spread and adding contrast and drama to your images. With this grid, you can easily focus the light where you need it most, limiting light spillage in other areas of your image. Whether you're shaping your key light, creating background effects in portraits, or accentuating highlights in still life photography, this grid offers you the control you need.To soften and diffuse the light from your Softlight Reflector, the kit comes with a diffuser. This accessory creates a softer, more even light, enhancing the overall quality of your images. The kit is completed with a Softlight Reflector Case, a tailor-made, padded case designed for storing and transporting your Profoto Softlight Reflector. Made from abrasive-resistant nylon, this case features a sturdy handle and a detachable shoulder strap for easy carrying. Inside, you'll find two pockets for storing the optional glass plate or other smaller accessories. In summary, the Profoto Softlight Kit is a professional, portable, and versatile lighting solution that offers high-quality, durable components for creating stunning, well-lit photographs and videos.
