When people feel anxious, they are too quick to listen to the medical community which prescribes them a deadly solution. Benzodiazepines and Seroquel work iniitially, and sometimes all too well. Therefore, people continue down this dangerous path to become addicted. This is a guidebook on how to get off of these terribly dangerous drugs. I included all the current strategies of how best to taper off of the drugs, and included chapters on herbal remedies, and coping methods. I truly hope that my story and my research will help others get on a path to freedom from these medications. With patience, fortitude, courage, and a steadfast determined heart, I think eventually victory can be attained. Once liberated, I think it should be the mission of all to spread the word to others so that more people do not become afflicted as well. Namaste...
