MILL .STEPS Oxygen Therapy 0319921a-d75a-4054-a1f4-4cef7b58dd4c Editorial Review
2PCS MillSTEPS Lung Exerciser Blue is designed to enhance lung strength and capacity through controlled breathing techniques. The exerciser allows users to inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth against resistance provided by interchangeable ball bearings, offering three levels to cater to different lung capacities. Users have noted the simplicity of assembly and cleanliness, making it easy to incorporate into daily routines. Many individuals have reported feeling calmer and having deeper, slower breaths after use, while some are optimistic it will help with conditions like mucus production and lung infections. However, others mention they need more time to assess long-term benefits. Overall, it appears to be a valuable tool for those seeking to improve their respiratory health.
