отвечать: I have never tried monk fruit. Very expensive. Pure Erythritol as this one affects many people with a cold feeling in your mouth. It needs to be cut with another sweetener to break it down. I bought truvia, which is a mix of Erythritol & stevia & NO cold feeling for me at all. I found truvia the best. Hope this helps. -

отвечать: Not at all. It's made by fermenting cornstarch so is similar to the production of stevia. It's non calorific, perfect for diabetes sufferers and won't damage your teeth. It's 60% to 70% less sweet than sugar so each spoonful is about a 1/3 less than a spoonful of sugar. Brilliant product been using it for a couple of years. -
