- Tüketim Önerisi: Çocuklar için günde 10-40 damla arası, 11 yaş ve üzeri yetişkinler için günde 20-80 damla arası su, süt, meyve suyu gibi gıdalarla beraber tüketilmesi tavsiye edilir. Örneğin, 20 damla propolisi bir bardak (yaklaşık 200 ml) su, süt, meyve suyuna karıştırarak tüketebilirsiniz.
- Ham Propolis, arıların bitkilerin yaprak, sap ve tomurcuklarından topladığı, fenolik ve flavonoid maddelerden oluşan doğal bir arı ürünüdür. Kelime anlamı olarak, Pro (Ön) + Polis (koruyan) kelimelerinden oluşan saf propolis, arıların yaşam alanı olan kovanın ön temizleyicisidir. Arılar petek gözlerini ham propolis ile kaplar, sonra üzerine balını, yavrusunu, besinini koyar. Böylece arının ürettiği ürünler kovanda bozulmadan saklanır.
- İTÜ ARI Teknokent’te uzman gıda mühendisleri tarafından Ar-Ge çalışmaları ile geliştirilmiş ve TÜBİTAK, TTGV ve TÜSİAD 2016 Teknoloji ödülüne layık görülmüştür. Ham Anadolu Propolisinin içerisinde bulunan besin öğelerinin maksimum şekilde elde edilebildiği ve balmumu vb. safsızlıkların uzaklaştırıldığı bu yöntem ile ürün standart bir kalitede üretilmektedir.
- Saklama Koşulları ve Raf Ömrü: Ürünü kuru bir ortamda, oda sıcaklığında (yaklaşık 22°C) saklayınız, daha yüksek sıcaklıktan koruyunuz. Raf ömrü 36 aydır.
