DEMETER Cologne I0032969 Editorial Review

**** The product in question has garnered a mixed response from customers, primarily centering around its fragrance profile and longevity. Initially, users are drawn in by its delightful scent reminiscent of a sweet, chocolaty Devil’s Food cake, which evokes images of baked goods and offers a nostalgic experience. This first impression appears to be one of the key highlights for those who enjoy gourmand fragrances. However, the initial allure tends to fade quite rapidly. Many customers reported that after a few hours, the scent transitions into less appealing undertones, often described as musky and unpleasant. This shift during what is known as the "dry down" phase is a significant concern for users, with some expressing disappointment over the fragrance not maintaining its cake-like sweetness throughout the day. While some users appreciate the authentic chocolate aroma, likening it to brownie batter, others have had less favorable experiences, comparing the smell of other chocolate scents to that of plastic. Despite these drawbacks, a number of customers have indicated that purchasing complementary products, like the matching body lotion, can enhance the overall fragrance experience for those who enjoy the initial scent. Overall, while the product starts strong, it ultimately falls short on longevity and the quality of the scent as it evolves over time. **
