    Answer: I'd say you're better to try a toner. If your hair is naturally dark, this will only take the edge off.

    Answer: I would be careful if you have just dyed your hair. It should lighten it, but it could have a pink or orange tinge to it. Do a strand test is my advice.

    Answer: Probably not as you have thick, medium-length hair. It depends on how much hair you want to dye. If it's just highlights or just the tips, then one bottle should be enough.

    Answer: I am very grey and it covers the grey well.
